Mark Lehman spent his childhood in Indiana. After an exhilarating summer working in Yellowstone at the age of 19, he fell in love with the Rocky Mountains and decided to call Southwest Montana home.
The son of two educators, he earned his teaching license from Montana State University and has been teaching Spanish at Belgrade High and Middle Schools since 2009. He proudly lives in "BelGREAT" with his life partner Louise and their 18 year old cat, Charlie. He has travelled extensively, including many Spanish speaking countries both to further his own studies and lead student trips abroad.
Mark joined the Middle Creek Board of Trustees in 2021 and has been thoroughly impressed by all things MCM. His favorite book is Bryce Courtenay's The Power of One, which he views in perfect harmony with the MCM mission. As a public school teacher of many years, he hopes to contribute a unique perspective to the Middle Creek family.
