2023 Elementary Summer Program Details:
(Grades 1 - 6)
MCM will be closed 7/3–7/7 and 8/14–8/25.

Camp Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. 

WEEK 1
June 12 - 16
Music Camp

Experienced and novice players will join to practice rhythms, play songs, and learn about the fundamentals of playing music in a group! Instruments provided. 

WEEK 2
June 19 - 23
steam week

Cooperatively design, create, and problem solve through daily Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math challenges.

WEEK 3
June 26 - 30
STREAM ECOLOGY

Put on your wading boots and collect specimens from our creek. Use a microscope to identify aquatic life. Perform simple experiments to explore water! 

WEEK 4
July 10 - 14
Recycled Art

Help the environment and learn techniques to create artistic masterpieces out of recycled materials. This week will be educational, creative, and fun!

Sports Camp

Utilizing our beautiful campus, the students will play a variety of different sports and games, including kickball and capture the flag.

WEEK 6

Art in Nature 

Paint, draw, and explore the MCM creek, plant, and animal life. Assemble natural sculptures, paint landscapes, draw from nature, and find inspiration from our beautiful campus. 

WEEK 7

Author's Camp

Explore elements of a story to create a book you will write, illustrate and bind — all the while discovering your inner author's voice!

performing arts week

Calling all dancers, actors, artists, musicians, and anyone interested in the performing arts! We welcome you to this fun-filled week of creativity, collaboration, and performance!
