Mariah recently graduated from Montana State University with a degree in Art-Education.

 

Growing up on a grain farm in the rural mountains of Washington, Mariah’s upbringing cultivated a deep sense of respect and curiosity for the environment. Mariah weaves this value and the wonder of nature into her ceramic art and teaching.

 

She loves to connect her classroom to the surrounding community of  people, plants, landforms, and animals!
