Katie Reams
TRUSTEE

Katie Reams grew up in Lakewood, Colorado and earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder and a Masters degree in Geography from Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington. In the winter of 2019, she and family relocated to Bozeman. 

 

Katie worked for the US Geological Survey in Washington, measuring rivers and collecting valuable data for fish habitat, outdoor recreation, and water resource management. She now works for a small but mighty environmental non-profit in Bozeman that protects public access to Montana’s public lands and waters.   

 

Katie joined the Board in 2024 and she looks forward to supporting MCM’s growing and friendly community, dedicated teachers and staff, and the quality Montessori educational philosophy. In her free time, she and her family love to ski, camp, swim in hot springs, and explore Montana’s public lands.
