Matthew Skolnik
PRIMARY – RAINBOW

Matthew grew up in Chicago, IL where he attended a Montessori school through age 6. After feeling called to the mountains, he moved to British Columbia, Canada to live and work as a ski instructor. This is where he discovered his passion for working with children.

Matthew graduated from Montana State University with a degree in K-8 Elementary Education and a focus on Geography. He started at Middle Creek during the Summer of 2019 and quickly fell in love with
the sense of community among the MCM staff.

In his free time, Matthew loves to hike, ski, ‘attempt’ new recipes, and watch scary movies.
