Jasmine was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. She came to Montana in 2012 to complete the elementary education program at Montana State University. Once she graduated, she joined Teach for America and began her teaching career in Miami. After spending a few years in Florida, she moved to Boulder, Colorado so that she could be closer to the mountains and still continue to teach. She enjoys doing anything that will get her outdoors!
