Suzanne Bendick

Suzanne Bendick graduated in 2002 from James Madison University with a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and a Minor in French Language. For the past ten years Suzanne has been involved in Montessori education as a Toddler and Preschool teacher from West Virginia to California, and finally to Montana, where she put down roots in 2005.  In 2009, she completed the MontessoriEarly Childhood Training from the Caspari Montessori Institute.  In the last two years, Suzanne has taken time away from the classroom to nurture her own family by becoming a mother, and most recently becoming a Certified Lactation Counselor and a Postpartum Doula.  Suzanne is extremely excited about returning to the classroom to learn and grow with the children in the Rainbow Class.  When she is not busy working in the classroom, she can be found playing outside (or inside) with her husband, Eric, their daughter Talia, and their crazy dog, Kinga!

Assistant Teacher

Chris McNeil graduated from Montana State University with a degree in Health and Human Development. After working as a case worker for Social Services and teaching at Montana State University, she has been focusing her attention on her two beautiful children and her wonderful husband. She is excited that Middle Creek Montessori will be her family's "home away from home" with one of her children in the Sunshine class and on in Pre-Primary. Chris joined our community last year when her daughter entered school and quickly began volunteering as the Book Fair coordinator, and on the Spring Fling fundraising committee. Chris is thrilled to be a part of the Rainbow classroom, one that she finds to be a natural learning environment, fulfilling for both the teachers and the students. Chris has many interests, including running, hiking, knitting, world travel, volunteerism, and developing relationships with family and friends.

Teacher

Danielle Moller graduated from Western Washington University with a degree in Elementary Education and continued her education in Early Childhood. She has taught Kindergarten in Washington and Preschool in Pennsylvania and greatly loves teaching children to read.  Danielle, her husband Adam, and three-year-old daughter, Elise, moved to Bozeman in August, 2011.  She taught physical education and was in high demand school-wide as a substitute teacher at Middle Creek Montessori this past year.  From her experience at our school, Danielle saw the nurturing and Montessori environment that allowed children to learn in their own way and become independent.  She is  excited to continue learning more about how to implement the Montessori philosophy, along with her educational background, as she joins the Sunshine team. Danielle and her family love the outdoors; especially biking, swimming, skiing, and hiking.
