Lydia Trom
has a Bachelor of Fine Art from the University of Michigan, in drawing and painting, with a minor concentration in Biology. She received her Master's degree from the Medical College of Georgia in Medical Illustration. She worked as a medical animator for a software company in Ames, Iowa for 5 years.

She and her husband, Jeff, then moved to Bozeman in 2005. They have 3 children, all currently attending Middle Creek Montessori. Mrs. Trom loves to create art whenever the opportunity arise, and is thrilled to share this love with the students.

Substitute Teacher and Reading Specialist

Vicki Rich graduated with an Elementary teaching degree from the University of Auckland, New Zealand, in 2006. After spending 10 years and raising three children in New Zealand, Vicki returned to the United States in 2008. She has been working in a Montessori Primary environment for six years and received her Montessori Early Childhood Teaching Certificate from the Caspari Montessori Institute in 2011.

 In addition to guiding young children through the ins and outs of the Montessori classroom, Vicki has a fondness for movement, music, nature, growth and loving-kindness.

Support and After School Teacher

Eileen Francis was born in New Jersey and graduated with a B.S. in Nursing from Villanova University and a B.A. in Philosophy from Montana State University. Her experience with children includes teaching cooking and health classes; tutoring math and reading; conducting outdoor summer  program/wilderness trek for Junior High students; Cub Scout leader for 5 years and raising her son. Her son attended 3 years at another Montessori and 2 years at Middle Creek.
Eileen works as a After School teacher and a playground supervisor; Teacher Aide during the school year/summer programs and helping with reading in the Lower Elementary class.
In her free time, she enjoys camping, hiking and boating with her husband, son and cocker spaniel.
