Lower Elementary Head Teacher

Mrs. Kristen Nowak has worked at our school since it opened in the fall of 1998, first as a preschool teaching assistant. She was so impressed by watching the children working in the Montessori environment that she pursued and completed her Montessori Early Childhood training from the Caspari Montessori Institute for 3-6 year olds. Upon completion she was certified by the Pan American Montessori Society in 2002.
Mrs. Nowak has worked as a teacher in our Lower Elementary classroom since it opened thirteen years ago. Kristen has integrated many learning experiences using our 8-acre campus. She utilizes our barn and creek to give many wonderful and unique experiences both inside and outside to our students. She received her Montessori Elementary training and certification for grades 1-3 from the North American Montessori Training Center, as well as additional training through the North American Montessori Society.
Kristen and her husband have a daughter who had ten wonderful years as a student here at Middle Creek Montessori primary through the sixth grade. Kristen and her daughter enjoy helping care for the chickens and Nubian goats in the Middle Creek Montessori barn.
