Board Members

	President Jeff Trom brings extensive experience in finance and technology to the school. With a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering, he spent several years consulting and 13 years helping to grow an engineering startup company to public status. He served many roles during that time including CTO and board member. Jeff and his wife Lydia have three children at Middle Creek Montessori.
	Vice-President Laura Roe and her husband, Dave, have lived in Bozeman since 1996. Laura earned a B.A. in History from the Colorado College and her degree in Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University. Laura’s veterinary practice focuses on holistic medicine including acupuncture, herbal therapy, and whole food nutrition. Laura and Dave have two daughters who attend Middle Creek Montessori and one daughter who has transitioned to the public school system after six years of montessori education. Laura brings to the board her passion for quality education and commitment to developing the best learning environment Middle Creek Montessori can offer.
	Treasurer/Secretary Robyn Dincau has extensive business experience having been a small business owner for 11 years and having worked in bookkeeping and office management for 20 years. She also serves on the Board of Ventures West, a small corporation based in West Yellowstone. Robyn has been a resident of four corners for 14 years and has two children at Middle Creek Montessori, both of whom are in the elementary school.
	Member Matt Andrew first moved to Bozeman area in 1994. After a few brief side-trips to MN and WA, as an avid skier and hiker Matt moved back in 2001. Matt brings international consulting experience working in Germany, UK, India, and Japan. Matt’s consulting focused primarily on strategic business process improvement and the adoption and implementation of technology solutions. Matt attended a private secondary boarding school in Faribault, MN and received a BA in Economics from the University of St. Thomas, a private university. Matt brings to the board a lifelong love for and a strong belief in private education, strategic long-range planning, and a background of facilitating and implementing solutions for continuous improvement. Matt and his wife Kristen have 2 boys enrolled in the Lower Elementary School.
	Member Jeffrey McNabb was born in Portland Oregon, into a heavy construction family of community builders. He moved to Bozeman with his wife, Nancy and four children in 1987. Having received his B.A. and M.A. in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota, he dedicated himself to working as a professional engineering consultant in the state of Montana. Jeffrey brings to the board his four years of experience from serving as a trustee on a public school board.
	Member Lessa Gregory and her husband, Gordon are originally from Richmond, Virginia, but came to Montana in 2001 from San Francisco. She has also lived in Nantucket and New Orleans, where she graduated from Tulane University (B.S. in psychology). Her J.D. is from University of Montana School of Law. She is corporate counsel for Zoot Enterprises, and in her free time, she loves to run, cross-country ski, plan world-travels she can't afford and watch Duke Basketball. Gordon and Lessa have a daughter, August, who is in the Preschool Program at Middle Creek.
	Member Josh Cormany and his wife Nicole moved to Bozeman in May of 2004 with their daughter Olivia, in May of 2006 they welcomed Lucia to their family. Josh has a Bachelor of Science from Northern Arizona University in Communications. He spent three years as a golf professional and full time instructor in Tucson, Arizona. Since January of 2002 Josh has worked as a mortgage banker and currently is the branch manager for First Horizon Home Loans located in Bozeman. He manages a staff of 7 people and holds a designation as a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist. His focus is on the financial markets as a whole, Mortgage Planning and Equity Management. His daughter Olivia is in the pre-school at Middle Creek and Lucia will start in the toddler program in the summer of 2008. Josh brings long term vision and planning to the Middle Creek board.
	Member Aimee Schrank comes to us with a BA in psychology from Lewis and Clark College. She completed her AMI elementary teaching certification at the Montessori Institute of San Diego. She also completed her Masters in Montessori Education at Loyola College in Baltimore, MD. She has taught in an Upper Elementary classroom for about 6 years. She is currently taking a break from teaching since giving birth to her son. Mrs. Schrank and her husband have a daughter attending our preschool program. Her family loves hiking, snowshoeing, camping and spending as much time as they can in the great outdoors.
